Michelle Senecal De Fonseca

Chief Executive Officer

Michelle was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 7 May 2025, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director of the company from 13 February 2024 to 6 May 2025.

Michelle is an experienced executive and non-executive director in the technology industry, having been Managing Director for Vodafone’s cloud and hosting services business, and serving as Area Vice President for Sales and Services for Northern Europe at Citrix before becoming its Global Vice President for Strategic Alliances. Michelle also currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Alphawave IP Group PLC, ASU Global Foundation UK Limited and Women in Telecoms & Technology.

Paul Mardling

Chief Technology Officer

Paul joined Redcentric in October 2021 as part of the acquisition of Piksel Industry Solutions where he was Managing Director. As CTO, Paul is responsible for driving Redcentric’s technology strategy, both internally and externally by underpinning the solutions we offer to our customers.

Paul is a passionate technologist with a keen interest in emerging technologies such as Large Language Models, Low/No-Code solutions as well as developments in established technologies such as data management, machine learning and cloud computing.

Katie Collins

Human Resources Director

Katie joined Redcentric as HR Director in December 2019. Prior to this Katie held a number of HR Director roles at a variety of different companies including, Tunstall Healthcare, Nisa Retail and TD Direct Investing. The majority of Katie’s career was spent at HBOS Plc and Lloyds Banking Group where she held a number of senior people management roles, including leadership of the HR teams for the Halifax branch network.

Katie is passionate about building a strong culture which is focused on doing the best for both colleagues and customers whilst also building outstanding people capability across the business.

Steve O’Brien

Managing Director of Cloud and Cyber

Steve O’Brien, appointed as Managing Director of the Cloud Division at Redcentric in November 2022 and additionally the Cyber Security Division in November 2023, is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in developing and managing multifunctional teams across the UK and Europe. With a background in solution design, architecture, and sales enablement, Steve has held senior positions at prominent companies such as Infobip, a Global CPaaS player, where he spearheaded the growth and development of solutions and sales enablement teams throughout Europe.

His prior roles at UCaaS provider Gamma showcased his expertise in overseeing solutions across the group, actively contributing to market development, and seamlessly integrating acquisitions. Steve’s extensive experience spans various technology stacks, including Connectivity, Omnichannel Communications, Cloud Services and Cyber Security, demonstrating a proven ability to transform and develop teams across multiple functions.

Nick Helman

Managing Director of Connectivity and Communications

Nick was appointed as our Delivery Director in May 2020 following a fixed term contract with us where he successfully lead the delivery of a significant programme of work for our public sector customers. Prior to joining Redcentric Nick worked for EMIS Group PLC for over 20 yrs, the last 10 of which he held Director Level positions focused on IT Service Delivery and Product Development. During his time as Operations Director for Egton the business saw significant and sustained growth and it quickly became a key element of broader Group offering integration and infrastructure solutions to their customer base.

He is a keen advocate of Digital Transformation, underpinned by solid ITIL principals and taking everyone on his journey.

Aleksandra Lubavs

Chief Revenue Officer

Aleks joined Redcentric in May 2025 as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for Sales and Service Delivery Management. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience at Diebold, NCR and most recently the Citrix business unit of Cloud Software Group, Aleks has led revenue and market share focused transformations across various regions and industries by driving innovation and excellence in sales and marketing strategies, always keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of the business.

Aleks is passionate about creating, leading and celebrating the success of high performing, data driven teams that love what they do, and aligning cross functional synergies for teams to go beyond their own expectations, all the while delighting our customers.

Graham Brown

Marketing Director

Graham Brown joined Redcentric as Marketing Director in November 2024, bringing with him broad marketing and commercial leadership experience. His previous roles cover a range of technology and service organisations including Tunstall Healthcare, Electrorent and EMIS Group, with remits including strategy, brand, partnerships, product marketing and marketing communications.

Graham’s commercial focus ensures Marketing functions develop a clear accountability for driving business growth, whilst also acting as the bridge between the business and the customer.
