If you’re looking to join Redcentric, we can’t wait to meet you and hear all about your experience. Our hiring process helps us understand you better, what drives you and what you’re looking for in a career. Here’s what to expect along each step of our hiring process:


Starting your application

We’re so pleased you’re interested in joining us! To apply, we’ll need an up to date CV, and for you to answer a few quick questions about yourself. This is so we can tell if the role is right for you.

Your CV

Here at Redcentric, we love well-structured CVs that detail your experience, education and your skills. We’d say 1-2 pages is ideal.

Your CV will look great when it contains all your contact details: your name, phone number, email address as well as brief descriptions about your work achievements and education. If you’ve got a LinkedIn profile, do include this as it will provide us access to your online profile.

Cover Letter

You don’t have to include a cover letter, but it may help us understand your motivations behind wanting to apply for the job. It helps to know a summary of why you’d like to join us, and what makes you the right candidate for the job!


What to expect

Interviewing can be a daunting experience so we want to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared. Your first interview will be with two members of the team, and they will want to know all about your experience and why you want to join Redcentric.

How should I prepare?

We want you to feel confident and comfortable ahead of your interview. Take a look at our main website that details a lot about what we do and how we do it. It also helps if you have familiarised yourself with our values which are here.


What happens at offer stage?

Congratulations! You impressed us and we’d love you to join the business. If you do well at interview stage, we will make you a verbal offer and send a copy of your offer details through to you for to consider.

If you’re keen to accept, we’ll then agree a start date and look forward to you being part of the team.

Your induction

We have a great onboarding process to make sure you get settled into the business as quickly as possible. This involves getting all your equipment set up the morning you start, meeting your team and finding out more about Redcentric.
