How long at Redcentric? 13 years

I have been at Redcentric for 13 years, but I didn’t plan a career in information technology. My first job was as a travel agent and then several roles in finance starting as an assistant management account, my last role in finance was as a cost accountant moving sideways into IT with a well-known bank. I have been fortunate that the opportunities have presented themselves at the right time.

I started at Redcentric as an Oracle Apps DBA working on-site for a major transport infrastructure company. I progressed to a Team Lead role, before moving to a Technical Manager role. During this time, I have been a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager for a wide range of customers and have run Change Board. This has led me to my current role, Head of IT Services. There is no typical day in my current role, but I enjoy the variety of the work.

People say that I am very open and honest. One of the values at Redcentric is transparency and I feel this is an important quality to have to succeed at what you do.


The opportunity to develop skills, take on different roles and to work with some great people. Working across teams, embracing and delivering new technologies to enable business efficiencies and growth for the company.
